家庭抗逆力在永久性肠造口患者家庭亲密性与创伤后成长间的中介效应

摘　　要：目的探讨家庭抗逆力在永久性肠造口患者家庭亲密性与创伤后成长之间的中介效应。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年6月—2023年6月在笔者所在医院行永久性肠造口的232例患者为调查对象。采用一般资料调查表、家庭抗逆力评定量表、家庭亲密性量表、创伤后成长评定量表对其进行问卷调查。结果永久性肠造口患者的家庭抗逆力得分为(168.27±43.01)分,家庭抗逆力与家庭亲密性、创伤后成长均呈正相关(r=0.760,P<0.001;r=0.804,P<0.001),家庭亲密性与创伤后成长呈正相关(r=0.824,P<0.001)。家庭抗逆力在家庭亲密性与创伤后成长之间存在部分中介效应,中介效应值为0.352,占总效应的44%。结论永久性肠造口患者的家庭抗逆力处于中等偏下水平,家庭抗逆力在家庭亲密性与创伤后成长之间起部分中介作用,医护人员应充分评估肠造口患者的家庭抗逆力,通过提高家庭亲密性的方式改善其家庭抗逆力,进而提高患者的创伤后成长水平。Objective To analyze the mediating effect of family resilience between family intimacy and post-traumatic growth in patients with permanent stoma.Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select 232 patients who underwent permanent stoma in the author′s hospital between June 2021 and June 2023.They were surveyed using a general data questionnaire,family resilience assessment scale(FRAS),family cohesion scale(FCS)and post-traumatic growth inventory(PTGI).Results The FRAS score of patients with permanent stoma was(168.27±43.01)points.The FRAS score was positively correlated with the FCS and PTGI score(r=0.760,P<0.001;r=0.804,P<0.001).Moreover,the FCS score was positively correlated with PITG score(r=0.824,P<0.001).The family resilience played a partial mediating effect between family cohesion and post-traumatic growth with a mediation effect value of 0.352,accounting for 44%of the total effect.Conclusion The patient′s family resilience is below the average level,and plays a partial mediating role between family cohesion and post-traumatic growth.Therefore,the medical staff should actively evaluate family resilience of patients to improve their post-traumatic growth level.
