摘  要:该文基于中空金增敏的免疫层析技术,将中空金纳米粒应用于化妆品中非法添加雌激素的检测研究,构建了一种检测化妆品中雌二醇的中空金免疫层析试纸条。优化了金标抗体标记pH值、标记抗体量、金标抗体添加量及金标垫处理液等条件。结果显示:在最优条件下,建立的中空金免疫层析法对雌二醇的检出限为10 ng/mL,线性范围为0.01~10 ng/mL。该方法的检测特异性良好,面膜液中雌二醇的加标回收率为89.0%~107%。该试纸条具有比胶体金显色法更低的检出限和较好的特异性,且检测速度快,适用于化妆品中雌二醇非法添加的现场大规模初筛。In this paper,immunochromatographic test strip(HGNPs-ICTS)based on hollow gold nanoparticles(HGNPs)for qualitative detection of estradiol in cosmetics was constructed.The effects of pH value,the amount of gold-labeled antibody,the addition amount of labeled antibody and the gold-labeled pad buffers were carefully investigated.The results showed that under the optimal condi⁃tions,the detection limit of estradiol was 10 ng/mL,and the linear range was 0.01-10 ng/mL.The detection specificity was good,and the recovery of estradiol was 89.0%-107%.HGNPs-ICTS has lower detection limit and better specificity than colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay(GICA),and the detection speed is fast.It is suitable for large-scale on-the-spot screening of estradiol illegally added in cosmetics.
