摘  要:建立了一种QuEChERS结合表面增强拉曼光谱法(SERS)快速检测中兽药注射液中对乙酰氨基酚的新方法。试样经乙酸乙酯提取,石墨化碳黑(GCB)和N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)组成的QuEChERS试剂净化后,以金纳米颗粒作为增强基底,进行表面增强拉曼光谱检测。方法在2~125μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为50μg/mL,回收率为86.0%~117%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~5.5%。该方法操作简单、准确度高,可实现中兽药注射液中对乙酰氨基酚的快速检测,在中兽药非法添加药物的速测应用方面具有一定的潜力。A new method of QuEChERS combined with surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)was developed for the rapid detection of acetaminophen in Chinese veterinary medicine injec⁃tions.The samples were extracted by ethyl acetate,purified by graphitized carbon black(GCB)and n-propyl ethylenediamine(PSA)with QuEChERS reagent,and then detected by surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy using gold nanoparticles as the enhanced substrate.The detection limit was 50μg/mL,the recovery rate was 86.0%-117%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.2%-5.5%.The method has simple operation and high accuracy,which can realize the rapid detection of acet⁃aminophen in Chinese veterinary medicine injection,and has certain potential in the rapid detection application of illegal added drugs in Chinese veterinary medicine.
