单晶二氧化钒纳米薄膜的制备及其相变研究

摘  要:二氧化钒(VO2)是一种具有相变特性的氧化物,改变温度到一定值时,其晶体结构、电学性质、光学性质会发生变化,因此VO2具有广阔的应用前景。本文报道用一种用溶胶-凝胶法成功制备单晶VO2纳米薄膜的实验结果。采用X射线衍射仪和拉曼光谱仪对制备的样品进行表征,结果表明,所制备样品为高质量的单晶VO2纳米薄膜,其变温拉曼光谱和红外吸收光谱都表明,该样品具有良好的热致相变特性,且相变是可逆的。这一性质可用于光开关、激光防护等领域。Vanadium dioxide(VO2)is an oxide with phase transition properties.Around the Tc,VO2 undergoes metal-insulator transition(MIT)from a low temperature monoclinic insulator phase to a high-temperature rutile metal phase.The MIT is accompanied by the changes in structure,electrical property as well as optical property.Its unique properties have broad potential applications.The single crystal VO2 nanofilms was prepared by using the sol-gel method.The samples prepared were characterized by X-ray and Raman spectroscopy,which indicated that the samples are single crystal VO2 nanofilms with high quality.The temperature-dependent Raman spectroscopy and infrared absorbance indicate that the sample has good thermal induced phase transition characteristics,which are reversible.This property can be used in applications such as optical switches and laser protection.
