摘 要:钢筋搭接连接的可靠性是保证装配式建筑结构整体性的关键。钢筋搭接界面应力根据作用效果可分为劈裂应力与黏结应力,这两种应力达到材料强度的先后决定了试件的破坏模式和极限承载力。钢筋搭接界面极限应力受到混凝土强度、混凝土保护层厚度、钢筋直径、钢筋搭接长度、钢筋搭接间距等因素影响,其中搭接间距这一影响因素并未完全探明。因此,有必要确定合适的强度预测方法,如理论分析模型或拟合回归方程,对钢筋搭接黏结强度进行合理预测。The reliability of reinforced bar lap joint is crucial for ensuring the integrity of prefabricated building structures.The stresses at the lap joint of reinforced bars can be divided into splitting stress and bonding stress based on their effects.The failure mode and ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen are determined by the order in which the two stresses reach the material strength.The ultimate stress at the lap interface is influenced by factors such as the strength of concrete,the thickness of concrete protective layer,the diameter of the bars,the lap length and the lap spacing,among which the effect of lap spacing has not been fully proved.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an appropriate strength prediction method,such as theoretical analysis model or a fitting regression equation,to reasonably predict the bond strength of reinforced bar laps.
