摘 要:为了探索蚯蚓粪复合基质对番茄幼苗生长的影响,本研究以蚯蚓粪为主要原料,分别与碳化稻壳、椰糠和珍珠岩以不同体积配比来制备番茄配方基质,共设置了T1[V(蚯蚓粪):V(碳化稻壳):V(椰糠)=5:3:2]、T2[V(蚯蚓粪):V(碳化稻壳):V(椰糠)=4:4:2]、T3[V(蚯蚓粪):V(碳化稻壳):V(椰糠)=3:4:3]、T4[V(蚯蚓粪):V(碳化稻壳):V(椰糠)=2:4:4]和T5[V(蚯蚓粪):V(碳化稻壳):V(珍珠岩)=4:4:2]五种配方基质,并综合评价了各种配方基质对番茄幼苗的育苗效果。结果显示,T1、T3和T5番茄幼苗的出苗率、壮苗指数、地上干重、地下干重、SPAD值等生长和生理指标均表现良好。其中,T3番茄幼苗的综合评价指数最高,为0.889,且番茄幼苗实际生长效果也较佳;T1和T5番茄幼苗的综合评价指数次之,分别为0.796和0.724。研究结果表明,蚯蚓粪复合基质可以提高番茄育苗的质量,其中T3对番茄幼苗育苗具有较好的效果。To explore the effects of vermicompost compound substrates on the growth of tomato seedlings,vermicompost was used as the main raw material to prepare tomato formula substrates with carbonized rice husk,coconut husk and perlite respectively in different volume ratios in this study.T1[V(vermicompost):V(carbonized rice husk):V(coconut husk)=5:3:2],T2[V(vermicompost):V(carbonized rice husk):V(coconut husk)=4:4:2],T3[V(vermicompost):V(carbonized rice husk):V(coconut husk)=3:4:3],T4[V(vermicompost):V(carbonized rice husk):V(coconut husk)=2:4:4],T5[V(vermicompost):V(carbonized rice husk):V(perlite)=4:4:2]of were established and the seedling raising effect of each formula substrate on tomato seedlings was comprehensively evaluated.The results indicated that the growth and physiological indexes of tomato seedlings,such as the seedling emergence rate,seedling index,dry plant weight,dry root weight,SPAD value of tomato seedlings in T1、T3 and T5 performed well.The comprehensive evaluation index of tomato seedlings in T3 was the highest at 0.889,and the actual growth effect of tomato seedlings was also better.The comprehensive evaluation index of tomato seedlings in T1 and T5 was 0.796 and 0.724,respectively.The result demonstrated that the addition of vermicompost could significantly improve the emergence rate and the quality of tomato seedlings,and the T3 could have a favorable effect on tomato seedlings.
