摘  要:在新工科和工程认证背景下,高等院校需要对微电子科学与工程专业的“高频电子线路”课程进行针对性改革。我们教学团队的具体思路是以产出为导向,从产、学、研、赛四个角度,构建面向工程的一体化教学模式,突破传统教学瓶颈;依托各级平台,建立广泛的课程资源体系并拓展教学深度和广度,实现素质教学;改革教学内容,将课程模块化,理顺教学脉络;增加CMOS高频电路部分,使课程内容更加符合专业培养方向;以电子类比赛为基础,建立竞赛训练机制,提高教学效果;建立多元评价方式,考查学生在基础学习、工程实践和知识应用等多方面的能力。以期通过对教学模式、教学方式、课程内容和评价方式的全方位改革,全面提升学生的综合能力。In the context of new engineering and engineering accreditation,targeted reforms are required for the High Frequency Electronic Circuit course in the field of microelectronics science and engineering.Taking the output as the orientation,an integrated teaching model facing engineering is constructed from the four perspectives of production,learning,research and discipline competition,thereby breaking through the bottleneck of traditional teaching;relying on various platforms,a wide range of course resource systems are established to expand the depth and breadth of teaching and realize quality teaching;reform the teaching content,modularize the course modules and clarify the teaching context;increase the CMOS high frequency circuit part to make it close to the professional training direction;take the electronic analog competition as the basis to establish a competition training mechanism to improve the teaching efficiency;establish a multi-dimensional evaluation mode to examine students’ability in basic learning,engineering practice and knowledge application.Through comprehensive reform of teaching mode,teaching resources,teaching content and evaluation methods,the students'comprehensive ability can be greatly improved.
