摘　　要：不孕症率每年在全球范围内不断上升,体外受精-胚胎移植技术(IVF-ET)成为了实现受孕的主要途径之一。但由于受孕成功率仍较低,仍有较大部分不孕患者无法受孕。针灸在配合IVF-ET方面具有特殊性,在临床应用中亦有成效。该文通过综述针灸与IVF-ET的现况与关系,进一步展示针灸治疗对IVF-ET的作用,并探讨后续的发展方向。Infertility incidence is rising globally every year,and in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)has become one of the main treatment methods to achieve conception.However,a larger proportion of infertile patients still is unable to conceive pregnancy for the lower successful pregnancy rate of IVF-ET.Acupuncture exerts unique effects as an adjuvant therapy of IVF-ET and has achieved good results in clinical application.This paper reviews the current status and relationship between acupuncture and IVF-ET,further demonstrates the role of acupuncture therapy for IVF-ET,and discusses its direction of subsequent development.
