摘　　要：林业碳汇交易机制是碳汇生态产品价值实现的重要形式和林业践行“两山”理念的重要举措。我国林业碳汇参与的交易机制主要有联合国清洁发展机制(CDM)、国际核证自愿减排交易机制(VCS、GS等)、国家温室气体自愿减排交易机制(CCER)、地方温室气体自愿减排交易机制(如北京BCER、福建FFCER、广东PHCER),以及其他新兴的林业碳汇自愿交易机制。其中,林业碳票是我国原创的新兴林业碳汇交易机制,是集体林区林业碳汇产品价值实现的有益探索。A research team of the Chinese Academy of Forestry conducted an in-depth analysis of collective forest areas,systematically examining the current status and existing problems of forestry carbon credits.They proposed a phased approach to establish and improve national-level methodologies,management standards,and a unified information management platform for forestry carbon credits.The proposal specifies application scenarios for forestry carbon credits,such as"forestry carbon credits+neutrality for non-controlled emission enterprises","forestry carbon credits+neutrality at large and medium-sized events","forestry carbon credits+neutrality for cultural and tourism activities",and"forestry carbon credits+public tree-planting".All these applications will help realize the value of forestry carbon credits and carbon sinks.
