摘　　要：伴随新时代中国式现代化进程,我国城市绿化面积逐年增加,绿化技术持续提升,城市绿化规划实施和管理不断完善,城市居民的幸福感和获得感日益增强。然而,在取得成就的同时,提高城市绿化工程实施、运营、管理的科学性,提升城市绿化品质,保持城市绿化的连续性,加强城市绿化规划约束力和监督执行力等影响可持续发展的短板,亟待补齐。An urban greening system is a prerequisite for the sustainable development of urban greening.By reviewing the history of urban greening regulations and comparing their current effectiveness,it is concluded that the main components of China*s urban greening regulatory framework include guiding policies,laws and regulations,technical standards,and implementation plans.It is proposed that China should focus on improving the urban greening planning system,operations and management system,monitoring and evaluation system,support system,and incentive system.To improve the urban greening system,it is advised to improve both central and local legislation,as well as regulations of specific departments.
