摘 要:【目的】金属带式无级变速器(Continuously Variable Transmission,CVT)在高转速条件下运行时,其各零部件间受力关系复杂,当转速超过8000 r/min时,金属片容易发生磨损,导致CVT使用寿命急剧下降。研究高转速条件下金属带金属片强度及磨损,对CVT在电动汽车应用及发展具有重要意义。【方法】建立高转速条件下金属带的力学模型,利用Ansys Workbench软件仿真分析了不同速比、转速等因素对金属片应力、磨损的影响,并通过模拟试验加以验证。【结果】结果表明,高转速下金属片应力随速比增大而增大,金属片侧面磨损随而增大。[Objective]When the CVT is running at high speeds,the force relation between its components is very complex,and when the speed exceeds 8000 r/min,the metal sheet is prone to wear,resulting in a sharp decrease in the service life of the CVT.Studying the strength and wear of metal strips and metal sheets under high-speed conditions is of great significance for the application and development of CVT in electric vehicles.[Methods]The mechanical model of the metal strip under high-speed conditions was established,and the influence of different speed ratios and rotational speeds on the stress and wear of metal sheets was simulated and analyzed by the Ansys Workbench software,and verified by simulation tests.[Results]The results show that the stress of the metal sheet increases with the increase of the speed ratio at high speed,and the side wear of the metal sheet increases.
