摘  要:镍是生产生活环境中的常见元素,过量的镍暴露会引起人群一系列健康危害。随着人们生活改善,糖尿病在全球范围内流行形势日趋严峻,已成为重要公共卫生问题。研究发现,镍暴露与血糖代谢异常间可能存在相关性,但这种相关性尚存在一定争议。本文通过收集分析镍与血糖代谢异常影响的研究成果,对镍致血糖代谢异常的研究进展进行综述,为探索重金属的内分泌代谢毒性及其相关机制提供参考。Nickel is a common element in production and living environment,and excessive exposure to nickel can cause a series of health hazards to the population.With the improvement of people's lives,the prevalence of diabetes in the world is becoming increasingly serious,and has become an important public health problem.The study found that there may be a correlation between nickel exposure and abnormal blood glucose metabolism,but this correlation is still controversial.This article summarizes the research progress on nickel induced abnormal blood glucose metabolism by collecting and analyzing the research results on the effects of nickel on abnormal blood glucose metabolism,providing reference for exploring the endocrine metabolic toxicity of heavy metals.
