摘  要:晾晒制干是枸杞生产的关键步骤,可提升枸杞风味,使枸杞利于储存和运输。但传统的晾晒制干作业需要大量人员参与,导致枸杞种植户劳动强度较高,且难以把控质量。设计了一种自动折叠的枸杞晾晒装置,可根据周围的温湿度、光照、枸杞重量变化自动调节晾晒盘的折叠和展开,以及控制装置的朝向,能获得较高的枸杞晾晒效率,降低枸杞种植户的晾晒工作强度,有助于推动枸杞产业发展。Drying is a key step in the production of wolfberry,which can improve the flavor of wolfberry and make wolfberry conducive to storage and transportation.However,the traditional drying operation requires a large number of manual work,resulting in higher labor intensity and difficult to control the quality of wolfberry.An automatic folding device for wolfberry drying was designed,which can automatically adjust the folding and unfolding of drying tray according to the surrounding temperature and humidity,light and weight changes of wolfberry,as well as control of device direction,so as to obtain a higher efficiency of wolfberry drying,reduce the intensity of drying work,which could promote the development of wolfberry industry.
