玉米种子扁平度对气压式导种装置品字形播种效果的影响

摘　　要：为考察品字形气压式导种装置对不同形状玉米种子的适播性,以“法尔利1439”玉米种子为例,按照扁平度分级方式以形状和大小分为一级扁平度(大类圆形)、二级扁平度(小类圆形)、三级扁平度(大扁形)、四级扁平度(小扁形)共四级。在JPS-16型播种性能检测试验台上使用品字形气压式导种装置测试不同扁平度等级玉米种子的合格指数、重播指数、漏播指数与粒距变异系数。试验结果表明,不同扁平度等级玉米种子播种性能差异较小,类圆形玉米种子播种性能要优于扁平形玉米种子。进行气压式导种装置与重力式导种装置对比试验,结果为气压式导种装置对不同形状种子的适应性明显优于重力式导种装置。In order to investigate the suitability of Detal-row pneumatic seed guide device for different shapes of corn seeds,according to the flatness classification method,the shape and size of Farley 1439'corn seeds were divided into four levels:first-level flatness(large round),second-level flatness(small round),third-level flatness(small flat)and fourth-level flatness(large flat).The Detal-row pneumatic seed guide device was used to test the qualified index,replay index,missed sowing index and seed spacing variation coefficient of corn seeds with different flatness grades on JPS-16 sowing performance test bench.The results showed that there was little difference in the sowing performance of corn seeds with different flatness grades,and the sowing performance of round corn seeds was better than that of flat corn seeds.Comparison test between the pneumatic seed guide device and the gravity seed guide device was carried out,the results showed that the adaptability of the pneumatic seed guide device to different shapes of seeds was significantly better than that of the gravity seed guide device.
