摘 要:提升圆盘式甘蔗切割装置的收割质量,减少切割过程中的甘蔗损失对于甘蔗机械化收获具有重要意义。在建立刀片刀刃上单点运动方程的基础上,利用Mathcad和Adams软件验证其正确性;从理论上推导出圆盘割刀不漏割条件、刀盘与甘蔗不接触条件及避免多刀砍蔗条件;通过Adams软件进行刀盘运动仿真,验证不漏割条件的准确性,同时分析甘蔗是否被多次切割。研究确定了不漏割条件下的切割速比和刀盘与甘蔗不接触时切割速比的影响因素,并确定了切割速比的合理取值范围。理论分析与仿真研究结果为圆盘式甘蔗切割装置设计与优化提供理论参考,有助于提升圆盘式甘蔗切割装置的实用性。To increase the harvesting quality of disc-type sugarcane cutting device and reduce sugarcane losses during the cutting process are of great significance for mechanized harvesting of sugarcane.Based on establishment of motion equation for a single point on blade edge,and its correctness was verified using Mathcad and Adams software.The conditions for no missing cuts,no contact between cutter disc and sugarcane,and avoidance of multiple cuts per sugarcane stalk were theoretically derived.Adams software was employed to simulate the motion of the cutter disc,validating the accuracy of the no missing cut condition and analyzing whether sugarcane was subject to multiple cuts.The factors influencing the cutting speed ratio for no missing cuts and for no contact between the cutter disc and sugarcane were identified,and a reasonable range for the cutting speed ratio was determined.The analysis and simulation results provided a theoretical reference for the design and optimization of disc-type sugarcane cutting devices,which contributed to increment of practicality of disc-type sugarcane cutting device.
