摘　　要：轨道交通车辆基地上盖的综合开发能实现城市土地的集约高效利用。近年来,武汉市5处车辆基地的复合开发项目已取得了良好效果,但未形成统一的标准化设计体系,亟需在总结北京、重庆、成都等城市的轨道交通设计指南或导则的基础上,梳理武汉市在车辆基地选址、功能布局与容量引导、交通一体化设计及公共空间营造等4个方面的规划指引要点,以期为后续武汉市车辆基地上盖开发设计指引的详细制定提供参考,使之适用于规范指导轨道交通上盖综合开发建设实践。The comprehensive development of the Above-underground on rail vehicle bases can achieve intensive and efficient utilization of urban land.In recent years,five composite development projects in Wuhan have achieved good results,but a unified standardized design system has not been formed.Based on the design guidelines or guidelines for Beijing,Chongqing,and Chengdu,it is urgent to summarize the key points of planning guidelines for Wuhan in four aspects:vehicle base site selection,functional layout and capacity guidance,integrated transportation design,and public space creation.It provides reference for the detailed indicator formulation of Wuhan's vehicle base development design guidelines in the future,and can be used to standardize and guide the comprehensive development and construction practice of rail transit.
