摘 要:为提升大型机场城市航站楼的服务效率和经济效益,减少资源浪费和不良环境影响,针对其选址决策问题展开研究。首先,根据城市航站楼的内涵、功能及考虑因素进行分析,将增加服务客流量、提高经济效益、提升交通接驳便捷性、强化品牌形象与宣传效果、减小环境影响作为选址决策的五大目标;其次,建立选址决策的评价指标体系,确定相关指标的量化方法;再次,根据城市航站楼选址决策多目标和排它性的特点,提出基于组合权重的TOPSIS决策方法;最后,以东莞市虎门镇为例进行应用研究,证明上述方法的有效性与实用性。To enhance the service efficiency and economic benefits of large airport city terminals,reduce resource waste and adverse environmental impacts,their site selection decisions are conducted.Firstly,based on the analysis of the connotation,functions,and considerations of urban airport terminals,five major objectives for site selection decisions are proposed:increasing passenger traffic,improving economic efficiency,enhancing the convenience of transportation connections,strengthening brand image and promotional effects,and minimizing environmental impact.Secondly,an evaluation index system for site selection decisions are established,and quantification methods for relevant indicators are proposed.Then,considering the multi-objective and exclusive nature of urban airport terminal site selection decisions,a TOPSIS decisionmaking method based on combined weights is proposed.Finally,taking Humen Town in Dongguan City as an example for applied research,the practicability of the method is demonstrated.
