摘  要:以某大型站城综合体项目为例,系统阐述了地下连续墙“两墙合一”施工工艺的应用,并分析了施工效率的变化。项目实施了多项提高工效的措施,包括成槽方法和机械的合理选取、精细化管理异形幅地下墙施工、泥浆循环利用等。同时,“两墙合一”设计也大幅节省了混凝土用量,减少支护结构拆除工序,降低土方工程量,简化了施工流程。研究结果为类似基坑工程施工提供了参考与借鉴,有助于推动土木工程领域的技术创新和发展。A large station city complex project is as an example to elaborate the application of“two walls in one”construction process of diaphragm wall systematically,and analyze the changes in construction efficiency.The project has implemented a number of measures to improve the efficiency,including reasonable selection of trenching methods and machinery,fine management of shaped width underground wall construction,mud recycling and so on.At the same time,the“two walls in one”design also significantly saves the amount of concrete,reduces the demolition process of the support structure,reduces the amount of earthwork,and simplifies the construction process.The results provide a reference for the construction of similar pit projects,and help to promote technological innovation and development in the field of civil engineering.
