城中村改造中历史文化遗产保护发展规划的探索与实践

摘　　要：以广州市南沙区大井村城中村改造为例,阐述城市更新与历史文化遗产保护的辩证关系、城中村改造中历史文化保护发展规划实践,详细论述城中村改造中的安置模式、建设形式、保护措施等具体做法。同时,指出城中村改造与传统村落历史文化遗产保护间,需建立一个互动、反哺的机制,从而实现传统村落更新改造的文化效益、生态效益、经济效益与社会效益。The article takes the urban renewal and heritage protection in Da Ying Village,Nansha District,Guangzhou as an example to elucidate the relationship between urban renewal and heritage protection,the practice of heritage protection and development planning in urban village renovation,and the measures for the protection and revitalization of cultural heritage.At the same time,it points out that a mechanism of constant interaction and mutual nourishment needs to be established between urban village renovation and traditional village heritage protection,so as to achieve the cultural,ecological,economic and social benefits of traditional village renovation.
