摘  要:城镇化发展加剧城市热岛及干岛现象,学者对特定气候区的热岛、干岛效应的实测研究很少。通过对夏热冬冷地区的城区住宅、郊区、水体公园进行热岛及干岛实测研究,得出湿地公园的建设有助于构建微环境,可调节绿色生态住区的热湿平衡,但湿地公园的大小和距离绿色生态住区的远近直接影响贡献效果。故在建设规划绿色生态住区时,选址尽量围绕湿地公园,保留山体、水体、湿地等自然资源。通过对绿色生态住区的天空可视度SVF值进行测量,得到结果:建筑密度越小,SVF数值越大,楼间距越大,楼栋间的来风流量越大,验证了绿色生态住区对缓解热岛起到积极作用。The intensification of urbanization has led to the phenomenon of urban heat islands and dry islands,and scholars have conducted limited empirical research on the heat island and dry island effects in specific climate zones.This article conducts experimental research on urban residential areas,suburbs,and water parks in hot summer and cold winter regions to study heat islands and dry islands.It is concluded that the construction of wetland parks helps to build a microenvironment and regulate the heat and moisture balance of residential areas.However,the size and distance of wetland parks directly affect the contribution effect.Therefore,when constructing and planning residential areas,it is advisable to focus on wetland parks and preserve natural resources such as mountains,water bodies,and wetlands.By measuring the sky visibility SVF value of residential areas,the more dispersed the building layout,the larger the SVF value,the greater the distance between buildings,and the greater the incoming air flow between buildings,which plays a positive role in alleviating the heat island.
