摘 要:随着《建筑工程抗震管理条例》的正式实施,医疗类建筑采用隔震减震技术将越来越普遍。以某不规则医疗建筑的隔震设计为案例背景,采用GB/T 51408—2021建筑隔震设计标准整体分析方法进行隔震设计,介绍了整体分析方法的设计流程及设计要点。结合案例存在多项不规则的特点,阐述了隔震设计的性能目标设定、隔震支座布置、隔震设计流程等要点,通过计算分析表明,结构的各项指标均满足要求,并补充罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析,结果显示结构的支座参数等均能满足规范要求,罕遇地震下结构耗能主要以隔震支座耗能为主,上部结构构件损伤较小,可见结构具有较好的隔震效果,能够满足预期性能目标,可以为类似的存在多项不规则的隔震项目提供一定的参考。Since the implementation of the Regulations on the Administration of Seismic Resistance of Construction Projects,using isolation and shock absorption technologies on medical buildings will be more and more widely.Taking the design of the isolation structure of a irregular medical building as an example,using the overall analysis method based on the Standard of Seismic Isolation Design of Building(GB/T 51408—2021)to calculate and analyze the project.This paper introduces the process of the design of the isolation structure and some typical design points.Combine with the characteristics of irregular plane,this paper expounds the performance objectives of the isolation structure,the design of the isolation bearings,and the points of the analysis of seismic isolation design.The analysis results show that the expected design requirement are met,in addition,the structural elastic-plastic anylsis under rare earthquakes is explored,and the results show that the parameters of the isolation layer can satisfy the requirements of the standard,under the rare earthquake,the lager deformation of the isolation layer dissipates a large proportion of the seismic energy,and the damage of the upper structure is slight,so the seismic performance of the structure is satisfactory,and can provide some design reference of the similar engineering works.
