摘 要:抗弯性能是预制混凝土衬砌管片的重要力学性能指标之一,直接影响地铁隧道的整体安全性和使用寿命。根据相关规范要求,通过单块管片的抗弯性能试验,现场量测试验构件的荷载、位移与裂缝宽度数据,评价管片的抗弯性能。混凝土材料受力过程中有复杂的非线性特性,可以通过混凝土塑性损伤因子较好地进行模拟。在ABAQUS中建立单块管片的三维模型,模拟抗弯性能试验加载全过程。通过试验结果与数值模拟结果的对比,两者吻合良好,验证了数值模型各参数取值的可行性,为该模型更广泛的应用提供了参考。Bending resistance is one of the important mechanical performance indicators of precast concrete lining segments,which directly affects the overall safety and service life of subway tunnels.According to relevant regulations,the bending performance of a single pipe segment is evaluated by conducting bending performance tests and measuring the load,displacement,and crack width data of the test components on site.There are complex nonlinear behaviors in the stress process of concrete materials,and the Concrete Damaged Plasticity(CDP)model can simulate them well through the plastic damage factor of concrete.Establish a three-dimensional model of a single pipe segment in ABAQUS to simulate the entire process of bending performance test loading.By comparing the experimental results with the numerical simulation results,the two agree well,verifying the feasibility of the parameter values in the numerical model and providing reference for the wider application of the model.
