摘 要:海洋钻探船的钻井包是勘探和开发海洋资源、获取实物信息的重要设备,先进的海洋钻机几乎都配置了顶部驱动钻井装置,作为驱动钻柱回转、提升和下放钻柱的主要功能部件。在钻进深井时,采用一套顶部驱动钻井装置辅助作业时间长,即使可以改进工艺,也可能发生井下事故。海洋钻井装备中的双塔和双顶驱系统的设计面向海洋钻井工程,适合成为海洋钻探船的钻井包。理论上双顶驱的应用可使起下钻作业时间降低,变成常规钻井设备的1/2。因此提出了为钻机配置双顶驱的系统集成方案,通过动态仿真分析结论进行系统起下钻效率分析,总结双顶驱集成系统技术优势,提出系统控制策略,从而大幅度提升海洋钻探作业效率为我国未来新型海洋钻探装备研制工作提供新思路、新方法。The drilling package of an offshore drilling ship is an important equipment for the exploration and development of marine resources and the acquisition of physical information.Almost all advanced offshore drilling RIGS are equipped with top-driven drilling devices,which serve as the main functional components for driving the drill string to rotate,lift and lower the drill string.When drilling deep wells,using a set of top-driven drilling equipment to assist the operation time is long,even if can improve the process,may also occur downhole accident.The twin tower and double top drive system in the offshore drilling equipment is designed for offshore drilling engineering and is suitable for offshore drilling ship drilling package.In theory,the application of double top drive can reduce the time of starting and starting drilling operation to half of that of conventional drilling equipment.Therefore proposed for the double top drive drilling rig configuration of system integration solutions,through dynamic simulation analysis system running efficiency analysis,summarizes the double integration system technical advantage,top drive system control strategy is put forward,thus greatly enhance the ocean drilling efficiency for our country in the future work of the new type of marine drilling equipment to provide new ideas and new methods.
