摘 要:目前高层住宅建筑普遍采用铝合金模板+爬架的组合体系施工,存在现场施工效率和安全性较低、成本较高、工业化和智能化程度较低等主要问题。文中研发了一种适用于高层、超高层住宅的轻量化高层住宅智能造楼机,介绍了造楼机的施工工艺及技术原理,旨在提升现场施工效率和施工质量,降低现场施工安全风险,提高经济效益和社会效益的同时为施工作业人员提供人性、智能、立体的施工作业环境。At present,the combined system of aluminum alloy formwork and climbing frame is widely used in high-rise residential buildings,which has the main problems of low efficiency and safety,high cost,low degree of industrialization and intelligence.In this paper,a lightweight intelligent building machine for high-rise and super-high-rise residential buildings is developed.Introduces the construction technology and technigues of the building machine.which aims to improve the efficiency and quality of on-site construction,reduce the safety risk of on-site construction,improve economic and social benefits and provide a humane,intelligent and three-dimensional construction environment for construction workers.
