摘  要:针对市政道路日常维修养护问题,依托呼和浩特市通道路路面维修恢复工程,分析了现场热再生技术的特点及在市政道路维修养护中的应用。根据工程现场经验,从沥青、再生剂掺量、配合比设计、施工方法等方面介绍了就地热再生技术的施工工艺,结果表明:就地热再生技术适用于基层完好,沥青表面有网裂、裂缝等病害的路段。通过路面加热、路面耙松、喷洒再生剂及碾压等步骤可有效完成市政道路维修养护,为类似国内北方地区市政道路日常维修养护提供相关经验。In response to the daily maintenance and upkeep issues of municipal roads,this paper analyzes the characteristics of on-site hot recycling technology and its application in municipal road maintenance and upkeep,based on the road surface repair and restoration project of Hohhot’s Tongdao Road.Based on on-site engineering experience,introduced the construction process of on-site thermal regeneration technology from the asphalt and rejuvenator dosage,mix design,and construction technology etc..The results showed that in-situ thermal regeneration technology is suitable for road sections with intact base layers but asphalt surfaces with defects such as mesh cracks and fissures.The maintenance and upkeep of municipal roads can be completed through steps such as road heating,road raking,spraying of regeneration agents,and rolling,which can provide relevant experience for daily maintenance and upkeep of municipal roads in northern China.
