摘  要:以海太长江隧道工程为研究背景,开展了混凝土原材料及配合比设计、D件制作、钢筋骨架制作和D件固定方式等环节对D件精准定位、安装效率和外观质量的影响研究,旨在提出新型DDCI盾构管片D件精准定位关键技术。文章设计了“焊接固定”和“磁吸+锁定双重固定”2种D件固定方案,制作了6个D 1件和6个D 2件,进行了3次“焊接固定”和3次“磁吸+锁定双重固定”试验。研究结果表明:管片预制施工各个环节均会影响D件的精准定位,每个环节都需要严格把控,其中固定方式的影响最大;“磁吸+锁定双重固定”的方案中,D件和模具贴合更加紧密牢固,D件定位更加精准,能够满足工程结构设计要求;“焊接固定”方案的安装时间约43 min,“磁吸+锁定双重固定”方案的安装时间约25 min,后者安装效率提升约42%;“焊接固定”方案中,D件和模具之间存在缝隙,成品构件D件存在被混凝土覆盖的现象,影响构件外观质量。研究成果对隧道工程新型DDCI盾构管片的D件精准定位以及施工现场管片的拼装具有重大意义。Taking the Haitai Yangtze River Tunnel Project as the research background,a study was conducted to investigate the impact of various factors such as concrete raw materials and mix proportions,D-component manufacturing,reinforcement cage construction,and D-component fixation methods on the precise positioning,installation efficiency,and appearance quality of D-components.The objective was to propose key technologies for precise positioning of D-components in novel DDCI shield tunnel segments.The article presents two fixation schemes for D-components:“welded fixation”and“magnetic attraction+locking dual fixation.”Six D 1 components and six D 2 components were fabricated,and three tests were conducted for each fixation method.The research results reveal that all stages of segment prefabrication construction affect the precise positioning of D-components,and each stage requires strict control,with the fixation method having the greatest influence.In the“magnetic attraction+locking dual fixation”scheme,the D-components fit more tightly and securely with the mold,resulting in more precise positioning of D-components that meets the engineering structural design requirements.The installation time for the“welded fixation”scheme is approximately 43 minutes,while the“magnetic attraction+locking dual fixation”scheme takes about 25 minutes,representing an improvement in installation efficiency by approximately 42%for the latter.In the“welded fixation”scheme,gaps exist between the D-components and the mold,leading to the D-components of the finished segments being covered by concrete,which affects the appearance quality of the segments.The research findings are of great significance for the precise positioning of D-components in novel DDCI shield tunnel segments in tunnel engineering and the assembly of segments at construction sites.
