摘 要:由于传统的竖井施工方法存在井下作业人员多、工序复杂、施工环境极其恶劣等难以解决的问题,因此亟需在实际工程中探索以机械破岩为主的竖井非爆开挖方法,提高竖井施工的机械化、自动化水平,简化竖井的施工工序,改善井下施工人员的施工环境。文章从全断面竖井掘进机的设备组成和性能参数、分体始发和整体始发阶段的详细吊装及施工流程以及对现有出渣模式及换步技术的改进创新等方面,对全断面竖井掘进机在火山隧道竖井工程施工中的应用进行了全面的介绍,形成全断面竖井掘进机始发及掘进关键技术,为后续采用全断面竖井掘进机进行竖井施工提供参考。Due to traditional shaft construction methods are plagued with issues that are difficult to resolve,such as the need for many workers underground,complex procedures,and extremely harsh construction environments.Therefore,there is an urgent need to explore non-explosive excavation methods for shafts that primarily use mechanical rock breaking in practical engineering projects.This would enhance the mechanization and automation levels of shaft construction,simplify the construction processes for shafts,and improve the working environment for personnel working underground.This paper provides a comprehensive introduction to the application of full-face vertical shaft boring machines in the construction of volcanic shaft projects.It mainly includes the equipment composition and performance parameters of the full-face shaft boring machine,the detailed lifting and construction processes during both the split-launch and integrated-launch stages,as well as innovations and improvements to the existing muck removal methods and step-changing technology.This forms the key technologies for the launch and boring of the full-face shaft boring machine,providing relevant references for future shaft construction projects using this technology.
