摘　　要：装配式建筑的供应链管理面临新的挑战,尤其是在信息共享和风险防控方面,文中分析了供应链中的利益相关方,并构建了一个演化博弈模型来模拟信息共享行为。探讨了区块链技术在供应链信息流管理中的应用,强调其在提升信息透明度、降低风险和提高效率方面的作用。通过案例分析和模型验证,提出了基于区块链的供应链信息风险防控策略,以期为装配式建筑项目的成功实施提供理论和实践指导。The supply chain management of prefabricated buildings is facing new challenges,especially in information sharing and risk prevention and control.Firstly,the stakeholders in the supply chain are analyzed,and an evolutionary game model is constructed to simulate the information sharing behavior.Furthermore,the application of blockchain technology in supply chain information flow management is discussed,and its role in improving information transparency,reducing risks and improving efficiency is emphasized.Through case analysis and model verification,a blockchain-based supply chain information risk prevention and control strategy is proposed,in order to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the successful implementation of prefabricated building projects.
