摘  要:广东省作为湾区的首领重地经过几十年快速发展,对土地利用和改造方式提出了更高的要求。文章通过“三旧”改造,活化利用历史文化遗产,一举解决旧城镇、旧厂房、旧村落存在的布置不合理、利用效率不高、功能不完善等问题,整合区域经济全面发展,有效融合产业转型升级、提高城镇居住空间质量和土地效益。在此背景下,对于城乡规划、景观设计、建造管理等建筑领域的各级高素质建筑技能型人才需求更大。高职院校作为培养和输出技术技能型人才的摇篮,在人才培养过程中,构建育人体系需站在全员、全过程、全方位的角度,构建高职院校育人体系,提升职业技能育人能力。After decades of rapid development,Guangdong Province,as the leader of the Bay Area,has put forward higher requirements for land utilization and transformation.Through the“three olds”transformation,revitalization and utilization of historical and cultural heritage,we can solve the problems of irrational arrangement,inefficient utilization and imperfect function of old towns,old factories and old villages in one go,integrate the comprehensive development of regional economy,effectively integrate industrial transformation and upgrading,and improve the quality of urban living space and land efficiency.In this context,there is a greater demand for high-quality construction skilled personnel at all levels in the field of urban and rural planning,landscape design,construction management and other construction fields.Higher vocational colleges and universities,as the cradle of cultivating and outputting technical and skillful talents,need to stand on the perspective of all-member,all-process and all-round in the process of talent cultivation to build a higher vocational colleges and universities educating system to enhance vocational skills educating ability.
