摘　　要：目的提升青海省蒙藏医医疗机构制剂室的生产能力。方法采用实地调研的方式,对青海省34家蒙藏医医疗机构制剂室的人员配备、厂房设施设备、生产品种和规模等生产能力相关情况进行全面调查,结合当前形势分析存在问题的原因,提出可能的解决方法和思路。结果青海省蒙藏医医疗机构制剂室普遍存在规模小、人员素质不足、硬件设施缺乏、制度不健全、操作不规范等问题,制约了青海省医疗机构民族药制剂生产的高质量发展。结论建议健全质量管理体系,提升质量管理意识,加大人才培养力度,走集约规范化发展道路,以逐步提高青海省蒙藏医医疗机构制剂室的生产能力,保证制剂产品质量。Objective To improve the production capacity of the preparation rooms in Mongolian and Tibetan medical institutions in Qinghai Province.Methods Through field investigation,a comprehensive investigation was conducted on the personnel allocation,factory facilities and equipment,production varieties,and scale of the preparation rooms of 34 Mongolian Tibetan medical institutions in Qinghai Province.Based on the current situation,the reasons for the problems were analyzed,and possible solutions and ideas were proposed.Results The problems of small scale,lack of personnel quality,lack of hardware facilities,unsound system,and non-standard operation in the preparation room of Mongolian and Tibetan medical institutions in Qinghai Province restricted the high-quality development of the production of ethnic medicine preparations in medical institutions in Qinghai Province.Conclusion It is suggested to improve the quality system,enhance the awareness of quality management,increase personnel training,promote the intensive and standardized development,and gradually improve the production capacity of the preparation room of Mongolian and Tibetan medical institutions in Qinghai Province,so as to to ensure the quality of preparations.
