摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动降低医院药占比的效果。方法成立QCC小组,通过拟订活动计划、现状把握、确定活动目标、明确主要原因、对策拟订与实施、效果确认、标准化处置与改进等步骤降低医院药占比。比较QCC活动前(2021年1月至9月)和活动后(2022年1月至9月)的有形成果(药品总费用、全院药占比、目标达成率、进步率)和无形成果(QCC组员解决问题的能力、责任感、沟通配合能力、成就感、积极性、品管手法的评分)。结果QCC活动后,有形成果中,药品总费用为81061万元,较活动前的96658万元降低了15597万元;全院药占比(不含中药饮片)为27.84%,较活动前的31.12%降低了3.28%,目标达成率为105.13%,进步率为10.54%;无形成果中,QCC组员解决问题的能力、责任感、沟通配合能力、成就感、积极性、品管手法的评分均较活动前提升。结论通过QCC活动可有效降低医院药占比,激发QCC组员的学习主动性,促进药事管理质量持续提升。Objective To investigate the effect of the quality control circle(QCC)activity on reducing the hospital drug proportion.Methods A QCC team was established to reduce the hospital drug proportion by formulating activity plans,grasping the current situation,determining activity goals,identifying main reasons,formulating and implementing countermeasures,confirming effects,standardizing disposal and improvement,and other steps.The tangible results(total drug cost,hospital drug proportion,target achievement rate,and progress rate)and intangible results(QCC team members'ratings of problem-solving ability,sense of responsibility,communication and cooperation ability,sense of achievement,enthusiasm,and quality control techniques)before(from January to September 2021)and after(from January to September 2022)the QCC activity were compared.Results In terms of tangible achievements,after the QCC activity,the total drug cost was CNY 810.61 million,with a decrease of CNY 155.97 million from CNY 966.58 million before the QCC activity;the hospital drug proportion(excluding traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces)was 27.84%,with a decrease of 3.28% from 31.12% before the QCC activity;the target achievement rate was 105.13%,and the progress rate was 10.54%.In terms of intangible achievements,after the QCC activity,QCC team members have improved their problem-solving ability,sense of responsibility,communication and cooperation skills,sense of achievement,enthusiasm,and quality control techniques compared to those before the QCC activity.Conclusion The QCC activity can effectively reduce the hospital drug proportion,stimulate the learning initiative of QCC team members,and promote the continuous improvement of pharmaceutical administration quality.
