摘　　要：目的建立测定生脉饮(党参方)中五味子醇甲含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Agilent 5 TC-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(58∶42,V/V),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为250 nm,进样量为10μL。结果五味子醇甲的质量浓度在4.176~62.637μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(R^(2)=0.9998,n=5);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验结果的RSD均小于2.0%;平均加样回收率为99.76%,RSD为0.54%(n=6)。3批生脉饮(党参方)中五味子醇甲的平均含量为48.87,48.60,48.58μg/mL(n=4)。结论该方法操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于生脉饮(党参方)中五味子醇甲的含量测定。Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the content determination of schisandrin A in Shengmai Decoction(Dangshen Formula).Methods The chromatographic column was Agilent 5 TC-C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was methanol-water(58∶42,V/V),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 250 nm,and the injection volume was 10μL.Results The linear range of schisandrin A was 4.176-62.637μg/mL(R^(2)=0.9998,n=5).The RSDs of precision,stability,and repeatability test results were all lower than 2.0%.The average recovery rate of schisandrin A was 99.76%,with an RSD of 0.54%(n=6).The average content of schisandrin A in three batches of Shengmai Decoction(Dangshen Formula)was 48.87,48.60,and 48.58μg/mL(n=4),respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,and has good reproducibility,which can be used for the content determination of schisandrin A in Shengmai Decoction(Dangshen Formula).
