滑膜炎片联合艾瑞昔布片治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨滑膜炎片联合艾瑞昔布片治疗膝关节滑膜炎患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1月~2023年12月期间某院收治的51例膝关节滑膜炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=26)和观察组(n=25)。两组患者均给予常规治疗措施,对照组患者给予艾瑞昔布片治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用滑膜炎片,两组均连续服用8周。比较两组患者膝关节症状[膝关节疼痛(视觉模拟评分)、膝关节肿胀评分]、膝关节功能[Lysholm膝关节功能评分(LKSS)]、炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)]、基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)水平、临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者VAS评分、膝关节肿胀评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);LKSS评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);TNF-α、IL-1β、MMP-3水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率(88.00%)高于对照组(61.54%,P<0.05);两组患者不良反应总发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:滑膜炎片联合艾瑞昔布片治疗膝关节滑膜炎患者临床疗效较佳,可有效改善膝关节症状和膝关节功能,降低膝关节炎症反应,且不增加不良反应的发生风险。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huamo tablets in combination with imrecoxib tablets for the treatment of patients with knee synovitis.Methods:A total of 51 patients diagnosed with knee synovitis and admitted to a hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and assigned to the control group(n=26)and the observation group(n=25)by random number table method.Both groups were given conventional treatment,patients in the control group were treated with imrecoxib tablets,while patients in the observation group were received Huamo tablets in addition to the treatment provided to the control group.Both groups administrated the tablets continuously for 8 weeks.The knee joint symptoms[knee joint pain(visual analogue scale)and knee joint swelling scores],knee joint function[Lysholm knee score scale(LKSS)],inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)],matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3)levels,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores and knee joint swelling scores were decreased in both groups,with the observation group exhibiting significantly lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The LKSS scores was increased in both groups,with the observation group showing significantly higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-1βand MMP-3 were decreased in both groups,with the observation group exhibiting significantly lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(88.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(61.54%,P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was observed in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Huamo tablets and imrecoxib tablets demonstrated significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of knee synovitis.This treatment can effectively improve knee joint symptoms and function,reduce the inflamma
