摘　　要：目的:探讨药物治疗管理在社区糖尿病合并高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:将2021年1月—2023年10月北京市西城区白纸坊社区卫生服务中心签约的糖尿病合并高血压患者84例随机分成对照组与试验组,各42例。对照组实施传统家庭医生管理模式,试验组在对照组基础上实施药物治疗管理。对比两组干预效果。结果:干预后,试验组体质量指数、收缩压、舒张压、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平及用药依从性、满意度、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:药物治疗管理在社区糖尿病合并高血压患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者血压、血糖、血脂水平,提高患者用药依从性、满意度、生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of medication therapy management in the patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by hypertension in the community.Methods:A total of 84 patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension who signed a contract at Beijing Xicheng District Baizhifang Community Health Service Center from January 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 42 patients in each group.The control group implemented the traditional family doctor management mode,and the experimental group implemented medication therapy management on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the body mass index,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,medication compliance,satisfaction and quality of life scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The medication therapy management has significant application effects in the patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by hypertension in the community,and can ameliorate the levels of blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid,and improve the patient’s medication compliance,satisfaction and quality of life.
