摘　　要：目的:探讨臀上动脉穿支皮瓣修复术治疗骶尾部压疮的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2022年12月于邯郸邯钢医院接受治疗的60例骶尾部压疮患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用传统手术方法治疗,观察组采用臀上动脉穿支皮瓣修复术治疗。对比两组手术相关指标、皮瓣成活情况、并发症发生率及术后复发率。结果:观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,皮瓣成活面积大于对照组,皮瓣成活率高于对照组,并发症总发生率、术后总复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:臀上动脉穿支皮瓣修复术治疗骶尾部压疮的临床效果显著,能够缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,提高皮瓣成活率,降低并发症发生率和复发率。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the superior gluteal artery perforator flap in repairing sacrococcygeal pressure ulcers.Methods:A total of 60 patients with sacrococcygeal pressure ulcers who received treatment at Handan Hangang Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group used traditional surgical methods and the observation group used superior gluteal artery perforator flap repair surgery.The surgical related indicators,flap survival,incidence of complications,and postoperative recurrence rate were compared between two groups.Results:The observation group had a shorter surgical time,less intraoperative bleeding loss,larger area of survival flap and higher rate of survival flap,as well as lower total incidence of complications and lower total recurrence rate than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of repairing sacrococcygeal pressure ulcers with the superior gluteal artery perforator flap is significant,which can shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative bleeding loss,increase the survival rate of the flap,and reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate.
