左侧卧位下喉罩置入术在全身麻醉肛肠手术患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨左侧卧位下喉罩置入术在全身麻醉肛肠手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月于苏州广慈肿瘤医院行全身麻醉肛肠手术的患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。比较两组喉罩置入效果、术中通气情况、并发症发生情况、术后舒适度。结果:两组一次性置入成功率、术中潮气量正常率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组漏气、气道压力增加发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.015)。观察组舒适状况量表评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:左侧卧位下喉罩置入术在全身麻醉肛肠手术患者中的应用效果显著,可减少漏气、气道压力增加情况,降低并发症发生率,提高患者舒适度。Objective:To explore the application effect of laryngeal mask placement in left lateral position in patients undergoing anorectal surgery under general anesthesia.Methods:A total of 120 patients undergoing anorectal surgery under general anesthesia in Suzhou Guangci Cancer Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60).The effectiveness of laryngeal mask placement,intraoperative ventilation,complications and postoperative comfort degree were compared between two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of successful one-time placement and the rate of normal intraoperative tidal volume between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidences of air leakage and increased airway pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.015).The score of the comfort status scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Laryngeal mask placement in left lateral position has a significant effect in patients undergoing anorectal surgery under general anesthesia,and can reduce the occurrence of air leakage and increased airway pressure,decrease the incidence of complications,and improve patient comfort.
