胃舒灵颗粒Ⅰ、针灸联合常规西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析胃舒灵颗粒Ⅰ、针灸联合常规西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床效果。方法:选取2022年6月-2024年1月镇江市中医院接受治疗的164例CAG患者进行研究,随机分为对照组(n=82)和试验组(n=82)。对照组应用常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上应用胃舒灵颗粒Ⅰ联合针灸治疗。比较两组治疗效果、炎性因子水平、中医证候评分、胃肠激素水平。结果:治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、降钙素原水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组食少纳呆、嘈杂反酸、胃脘胀痛、痞满烦闷评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组胃动素、生长抑素水平升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组胃泌素水平降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胃舒灵颗粒Ⅰ、针灸联合常规西药治疗CAG的临床效果较好,能够减轻炎性反应,缓解患者症状,改善胃肠激素水平。Objective::To analyze the clinical effect of Weishuling GranuleⅠand acupuncture and moxibustion combined with conventional western medicine in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods:A total of 164 CAG patients admitted to Zhenjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to January 2024 were selected for the study.A total of 164 patients with CAG who received treatment in Zhenjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group(n=82)and experimental group(n=82).The treatment effect,levels of inflammatory factors,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and gastrointestinal hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α and calcitonin in the two groups decreased,and the levels in experimental group were more lower compared to control group(P<0.05).The scores of poor appetite and anorexia,gastric upset and acid regurgitation,gastric pain,distention and fullness,and annoyance in the two groups decreased,scores in experimental group were more lower compared to control group(P<0.05).The levels of motilin and somatostatin in the two groups increased,and the levels in experimental group were more higher compared to control group(P<0.05).The levels of gastrin in the two groups decreased,and the levels in experimental group were more lower compared to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Weishuling GranuleⅠand acupuncture and moxibustion combined with conventional western medicinehas better clinical effectsin the treat ment of CAG,and can relieve inflammatory reactions,alleviate patients'symptoms,and improve gastrointestinal hormone levels.
