滋阴除湿汤联合西替利嗪治疗老年糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒症阴虚湿恋证的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究滋阴除湿汤联合西替利嗪治疗老年糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒症阴虚湿恋证的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年4月于北京中医医院内蒙古医院接受治疗的糖尿病性老年皮肤瘙痒症阴虚湿恋证患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各30例。两组均给予糖尿病对症治疗,对照组在此基础上给予盐酸西替利嗪片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予滋阴除湿汤治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高(P=0.024)。治疗后,两组瘙痒程度、瘙痒部位、瘙痒持续时间及瘙痒对睡眠的影响评分均降低,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于治疗前,但两组组间比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组糖化血红蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴除湿汤联合西替利嗪治疗老年糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒症阴虚湿恋证的临床效果较好,能够减轻患者瘙痒程度,降低糖化血红蛋白水平,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nourishing Yin and dehumidification decoction combined with cetirizinein the treatment of Yin deficiency and dampness syndrome of senile diabetic skin pruritus.Methods:From January 2022 to April 2023,60 elderly patients with Yin deficiency and dampness syndrome of diabetic skin prurituswho received treatment in Inner Mongolia Hospital,Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received symptomatic treatment for diabetes.On this basis,the control group was treated withcetirizine hydrochloride tablets.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with nourishing Yin and dehumidification decoction.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.024).After treatment,the scores of pruritus degree,pruritus site,pruritus duration,pruritus effect on sleep in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nourishing Yin and dehumidification decoction combined with cetirizinehas better clinical effects in the treatment of Yin deficiency and dampness syndrome of senile diabetic skin pruritus,and can relieve pruritus degree,reduce the glycosylated hemoglobin levels,and have high safety.
