摘　　要：薯蓣丸出自《金匮要略》,是治疗虚劳病、气血阴阳俱不足兼风邪的经典名方,具有补虚、祛风、调和阴阳的功效,在现代临床广泛应用于心脑血管疾病、免疫系统疾病及肿瘤疾病等治疗。该文主要介绍薯蓣丸的来源及作用,并依据患者具体证候、病机进行化裁加减,通过临床案例分析薯蓣丸加减的应用效果,为中医慢性病及疑难病症治疗提供了重要的用药思路与实践参考。Yam pills are derived from the"Synopsis of the Golden Chamber"and are a classic prescription for treating diseases such as deficiency and fatigue,deficiency of qi,blood,yin and yang,and wind pathogens.They have the effects of tonifying deficiency,dispelling wind,and regulating yin and yang,and are widely used in modern clinical practice for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,immune system diseases,and tumor diseases.This article mainly introduces the source and function of yam pills,and adjusts them according to the specific symptoms and pathogenesis of patients.Through clinical case analysis,the application effect of yam pill adjustment is analyzed,providing important medication ideas and practical references for the treatment of chronic and difficult diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.
