摘　　要：目的:探究手术护理在老年股骨颈骨折(FNF)患者天玑骨科手术机器人(TiRobot)引导下三枚空心钉内固定(ICCS)治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年6月—2024年6月徐州仁慈医院收治的68例接受TiRobot引导下ICCS治疗的老年FNF患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组34例。参照组进行常规护理,观察组进行手术护理。对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组并发症总发生率低于参照组,护理总满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组疼痛评分均降低,且观察组比参照组低(P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合时间、住院时间短于参照组(P<0.001)。护理后,两组不良情绪评分均低于护理前,且观察组比参照组低(P<0.001)。结论:手术护理在老年FNF患者TiRobot引导下ICCS治疗中的应用效果显著,能够改善患者的心理状态,减轻其疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率,促进骨折愈合,提高护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of surgical nursing in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures(FNF)with internal fixation of three hollow nails(inverted cannulatedcancellous screws,ICCS)guided by Tianji Orthopedic Surgical Robot(TiRobot).Methods:Sixty-eight elderly patients with FNF who underwent TiRobot-guided ICCS treatment at Xuzhou Renci Hospitalfrom June 2023 to June 2024 were selected for the study.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The reference groupreceived routine nursing and the observation group received surgical nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,and the total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the pain scores in two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of adverse emotions in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of surgical nursing in the treatment of TiRobot-guidedI ICCS in elderly patients with FNF has significant effects,and can ameliorate the psychological state of patients,relieve their pain,reduce the incidence of complications,promote fracture healing,and improve nursing satisfaction.
