摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理联合治疗关怀一站式服务模式在艾滋病患者中的应用效果。方法:将2022年10月—2024年9月贵港市人民医院收治的80例艾滋病患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施心理护理联合治疗关怀一站式服务。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组心理弹性量表评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组社会影响量表评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组自我概念、自我护理技能、健康知识水平、自我责任感评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生活质量评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理联合治疗关怀一站式服务模式在艾滋病患者中的应用效果显著,能够增强患者的心理弹性,降低病耻感,提高自我效能和生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of psychological nursing combined treatment care one-stop service modein AIDS patients.Methods:From October 2022 to September 2024,80 AIDS patients admitted to Guigang City People's Hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group receivedpsychological nursing combined treatment care one-stop service on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of the psychologicalresilience scale in two groups increased,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the Social Impact Scale in two groups decreased,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-concept,self-care skills,health knowledge level and self-responsibility in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological nursing combined treatment care one-stop servicemode in AIDS patients has significant application effects,and can enhance the psychological resilience of patients,reduce stigma,and improve self-efficacy and quality of life.
