鼓励性护理在原发性肝癌介入术联合中医治疗患者中应用的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨在原发性肝癌患者介入手术联合中医治疗中应用鼓励性护理的效果。方法:将2021年6月—2023年12月徐州市肿瘤医院收治的60例原发性肝癌患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施鼓励性护理。对比两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组抑郁、焦虑情绪均缓解,相较于对照组,观察组情绪缓解更显著(P<0.05);两组自我照护能力及生活质量评分均升高,且观察组升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组护理满意度更高(P=0.028)。结论:在原发性肝癌患者介入手术联合中医治疗中应用鼓励性护理的效果显著,能够有效减轻患者的负面情绪,提高其自护能力、生活质量及患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of encouraging care in interventional surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods:A total of 60 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to Xuzhou Cancer Hospital from June 2021 to December 2023 were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given encouraging nursing.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the expression of depression and anxiety in both groups was alleviated in both groups(P<0.05),and the scores of self-care ability and quality of life in both groups were increased,and the increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction(P=0.028).Conclusion:The application of encouraging nursing in interventional surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with primary liver cancer has a significant effect,which can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients and improve their self-care ability,quality of life and satisfaction with nursing work.
