基于循证理论的临床护理路径在青光眼合并白内障手术治疗患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析基于循证理论的临床护理路径在青光眼合并白内障手术治疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月-2023年3月甘肃省康复中心医院收治的青光眼合并白内障患者78例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组39例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于循证理论的临床护理路径。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组眼压低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组前房深度小于护理前,且观察组小于对照组(P<0.05);两组视力高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生活质量评分升高,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05)。术后2、6、12 h,观察组疼痛评分均比对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率、复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于循证理论的临床护理路径在青光眼合并白内障手术治疗患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者眼部指标,减轻疼痛,提高生活质量,降低并发症发生率及复发率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathways based on evidence-based theory in patients with glaucoma and cataract undergoing surgical treatment.Methods:A total of 78 patients with glaucoma and cataract admitted to Gansu Province Hospital Rehabilitation Center from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group receivedclinical nursing pathways based on evidence-based theory on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the intraocular pressuresin the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and this index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The anterior chamber depth in the two groups was less than that before nursing,and this index in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The visual acuity in the two groups was higher than that before nursing,and this index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 2,6 and 12 h after surgery,the pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and the recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical nursing pathway based on evidence-based theory in the patients with glaucoma and cataract undergoing surgical treatmenthas remarkable effects,and can improve the patients'ocular indicators,relieve pain,improve quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications and the recurrence rate.
