摘　　要：目的:探讨以微信为平台的健康追踪护理在体检高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—10月在徐州市中心医院体检中心进行健康体检的200名高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组(n=100)与追踪组(n=100)。常规组实施常规随访护理,追踪组实施以微信为平台的健康追踪护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组信息获取能力、交流互动能力、改变健康意愿、经济支持意愿评分及总分高于护理前,且与常规组比较,追踪组更高(P<0.05)。护理后,两组饮食管理、用药管理、情绪管理、运动管理、病情监测、工作与休息管理评分及总分高于护理前,且与常规组比较,追踪组更高(P<0.05)。护理后,两组收缩压、舒张压低于护理前,且与常规组比较,追踪组更低(P<0.05)。结论:以微信为平台的健康追踪护理在体检高血压患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者健康素养、自护能力,控制血压水平。Objective:To explore the application effect of the WeChat platform-based health tracking nursing in patients with hy⁃pertension in physical examination.Methods:From January 2023 to October 2023,200 hypertensive patients who underwent health check-ups at the Physical Examination Center of Xuzhou Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a conventional group(n=100)and a tracking group(n=100).The conventional group implemented conventional followup care,and the tracking group implemented the WeChat platform-based health tracking care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of information acquisition ability,communication and interaction ability,willing⁃ness to change health,and willingness to provide financial support and total scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the tracking group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of diet management,medication management,emotion management,exercise management,condition monitoring,work and rest man⁃agement and total scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the tracking group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After nursing,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and these parameters in the tracking group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The WeChat platform-based health tracking nursing in patients with hypertension in physical examina⁃tion has significant effects,and can improve health literacy and self-care ability,and control blood pressure levels.
