整体护理在急诊外科创伤救治中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析整体护理在急诊外科创伤救治中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年11月—2023年6月锦州医科大学附属第三医院急诊外科救治的创伤患者366例进行研究,随机分为两组。对照组(n=180)应用常规护理,研究组(n=186)采用整体护理。比较两组救治效果。结果:研究组救治时间、病情控制时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率为3.23%,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理在急诊外科创伤救治中的应用效果显著,可更快控制患者病情,缩短救治时间,减少并发症。Objective:To analyze the application effect of holistic nursing in emergency surgical trauma treatment.Methods:From November 2022 to June 2023,a total of 366 trauma patients treated in the Emergency Surgery Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University were selected for study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=180)received conventional nursing,and the study group(n=186)received holistic nursing.The treatment outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment time and disease control time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 3.23%,which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of holistic nursing in emergency surgical trauma treatment has significant effects,and can quickly control the patient's disease condition,shorten treatment time,and reduce complications.
