针刺结合桂枝葛根汤加味治疗肩周炎风寒湿痹型疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺董氏三肩穴、靳氏肩三针结合桂枝葛根汤加味治疗肩周炎风寒湿痹型的效果。方法:60例通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,两组均以针刺董氏三肩穴、靳氏肩三针,观察组加用桂枝葛根汤加味治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组疼痛、日常生活活动水平、肩关节活动度、肌力维度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组主要症状、次要症状评分、中医证候量化总分均低于对照组(P<0.05),两组均未发生严重不良反应,随访6个月对照组复发率高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合桂枝葛根汤加味治疗肩周炎风寒湿痹型疗效较好,复发少,且安全。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture at Dong’s three shoulder points and Jin’s three shoulder points combined with modified Guizhi Gegen Decoction in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:Sixty cases were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.Both groups were treated with acupuncture at Dong’s three shoulder points and Jin’s three shoulder points.The observation group were treated with modified Guizhi Gegen Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain,daily living activity level,shoulder joint activity and muscle strength dimension in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms and quantitative total scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.The recurrence rate of the control group was higher than that of the observation group after 6 months of follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Guizhi Gegen Decoction has good curative effect,less recurrence and safety in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis of wind-cold-dampness type.
