摘　　要：近年新型短期机械循环支持的涌现、植入型心室辅助装置的发展和心脏移植手术效果的提升,使危重症晚期心衰患者获得了更多的生存机会和更长的生存时间。围绕当前心衰外科领域的短期和长期循环辅助手段,本文评述桥接治疗的意义和进展,以期理清思路、改善决策效果。In recent years,the emergence of new short-term mechanical circulatory support,the development of implantable ventricular assist devices and the progress of heart transplantation have provided more survival opportunities and longer survival time for patients with critically ill advanced heart failure.This article reviews the significance and technical progress of bridging therapy through temporary and durable mechanical circulatory support in field of heart failure surgery,in order to further clarify clinical thinking and improve the decision-making effects.
