“内卷”转“内修”:当代青年内卷的“奋斗”图景、生发逻辑与化“卷”策略

摘　　要：新时代的青年整体呈现出积极向上的奋进之态,但在局部范围内部分青年陷入“奋斗”困境。典型表现就是“内卷”成为青年日常社交的高频词语,它是青年对其所处客观环境的主观定性,也折射出社会转型期青年 群体反复出现的心理内耗、行动上低效或无实质发展的“自我剥削”。 文章基于调研分析,呈现出部分青年的内卷 化“奋斗”图景,剖析青年内卷困境形成的深层逻辑。 青年作为中国式现代化的实践主体与先锋力量,应从现实出 发化“内卷”为“内修”,重建“奋斗”尺度,强化“内修” 功夫,处理好合作与竞争关系,达成人生价值的全面实现,并 在奋斗过程中体悟充盈与快乐。The youth of the new era generally exhibit a positive and enterprising spirit.However,within certain cir-cles,some young people find themselves in a"struggling"dilemma.A typical manifestation is that"involution"has be-come a common term in the daily social interactions of young people.It is a subjective characterization of the objective envi-ronment they are in and also reflects the repeatedly-occurred psychological burnout and low efficiency or lack of substantial development in the actions of the youth group during the social transition period,which is a form of"self-exploitation".Based on research and analysis,this article presents the involutionary"struggling"picture of some young people and analy-zes the deep logic behind the formation of the involution dilemma.As the main body and vanguard force of Chinese modern-ization,young people should start from reality to transform"involution"into"self-cultivation",rebuild the"struggling"scale,strengthen the"self-cultivation"skills,and properly handle the relationship between cooperation and competition,so as to achieve the comprehensive realization of life values,and experience fullness and happiness in the process of strugg-ling.
