摘 要:针对传统纸尿裤芯体加工困难与吸液后易局部隆起、断层等问题,先通过梳理⁃针刺工艺制备了不同混纺比的超吸水纤维/再生纤维素纤维(SAF/RCF)非织造材料,得到具有最优吸液性能的样品(SAF混纺比60%),记为SR⁃2,后通过叠层方式,将SR⁃2封装进纸尿裤中,研究非织造吸收芯体的结构、吸液倍率、饱和吸收量、渗透性能。结果表明:SR⁃2对0.9%生理盐水吸液倍率达到(28.62±0.45)g/g,持液倍率达(19.45±0.61)g/g,吸液后呈一体凝胶状,只在厚度方向膨胀,且膨胀有限,形状稳定;随着SR⁃2层数的增加,非织造吸收芯体的质量和厚度也随之增加,吸液倍率呈现先升后降的趋势,其中非织造吸收芯体3层时的吸液倍率最大,为(22.58±1.3)g/g;通过调控不同层数SR⁃2,制备的非织造吸收芯体饱和吸收量、吸收速度和回渗量能够灵活满足不同失禁产品需求。In view of the traditional diaper core processing difficulty and easy to locally uplift after absorbing fluid,fault and other problems,the super absorbent fiber/regenerated cellulose fiber(SAF/RCF)nonwovens with different blending ratios were prepared by carding-needling process.The samples with optimized fluid absorption were obtained when the blending ratio of SAF was 60%,which was recorded as SR-2.And SR-2 was encapsulated in diapers by lamination method.The structure,absorption ratio,saturation absorption and permeability of SR-2 nonwoven absorbent core were studied.The results showed that SR-2 could absorb(28.62±0.45)g/g and hold(19.45±0.61)g/g of 0.9%normal saline.After absorbing,SR-2 was gelatinous and expanded only in the direction of thickness,and the expansion was limited with stable shape.With the increase of SR-2 layers,the mass and thickness of the nonwoven absorption core were increased,and the absorption ratio showed a trend of increase first and then decrease.The absorption ratio was the largest as(22.58±1.3)g/g when the nonwoven absorption core was 3 layers.By adjusting different layers of SR-2,the saturated absorption capacity,absorption rate and back permeation capacity of the nonwoven absorbing core could flexibly meet the needs of different incontinence products.
