纺纱工艺对色纺纱呈色的影响研究

摘  要:为解决色纺纱在纺制和使用过程中出现的色差较大、色差产生具体原因不清楚等问题,结合国内外最新研究成果,分析了色纺纱呈色机理,重点总结了纤维的混和方式与纺纱工序两个重要因素对色纺纱呈色的影响,提出未来色纺纱呈色影响因素需研究的内容。结果表明:采用不同的纤维混和方式,均会对色纺纱呈色效果造成影响;在相同的加工方法下纱线捻度、线密度的不同也会导致一定的色差;环锭纺、转杯纺和喷气涡流纺等不同的成纱方式纺制的色纺纱存在色差。指出:可对细纱与纤维网、熟条、粗纱之间色差出现显著变化的机理进行探究;对不同种类的有色纤维进行混纺时,纺制出与标准样色差最小的纱线所用的纤维混和方式进行研究;研究织造方式对色纺织物造成的色差;探究不同种类染料对色纺纱呈色的影响,以便更好地控制色差。In order to solve the problems of large color difference and unclear reason in spinning and using colored spun yarn,the color-forming mechanism of colored spun yarn was analyzed combined with the latest research results at home and abroad.The influence of fiber blending mode and spinning process on color-rendering of colored spun yarn was summarized.The contents of color-rendering factors need to research in the future were put forward.The results showed that the different ways of fiber blending will affect the color of yarn.The different twist and yarn linear density will result in color difference.The color difference existed in ring spinning yarn,rotor spinning yarn and air jet vortex spinning yarn.It was pointed out that the mechanism of significant color difference among yarn and fiber web,sliver and roving should be studied.When blending and spinning different kinds of colored fibers,the fiber blending methods which produced yarns with the least color difference from the standard sample should be studied.The color difference of yarn-dyed fabric caused by weaving methods should be studied.The influence of different dyes on the color appearance of colored yarn should be discussed to better control color difference.
